Acceptable Use Policy
The rules of engagement for using our website, Client Portal, and digital services.
Effective date: April 10, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permissible use for all digital properties operated by Tendo Digital LLC, including tendondigital.com, the Client Portal, project collaboration tools, and any file-sharing or communication channels we provide during an engagement. By accessing any of these systems, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Permitted Use
You may use our website and Client Portal for the following purposes:
- Browsing our services, portfolio, blog, and other publicly available content.
- Submitting contact forms and project inquiries.
- Accessing your Client Portal account to track projects, upload assets, review deliverables, and manage billing.
- Downloading deliverables and assets associated with your active engagement.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our systems to:
- Unauthorized access: Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, or bypass any authentication or security controls.
- Malicious uploads: Upload files containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Scraping & automation: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from our website or Client Portal without written permission.
- Abuse of resources: Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including denial-of-service attempts or excessive API calls.
- Illegal content: Use our systems to store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization when using our services.
- Reverse engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of our website, portal, or proprietary tools.
4. File Upload Guidelines
When using the Client Portal's asset upload feature:
- Individual files must not exceed 50 MB unless a higher limit has been agreed upon in your SOW.
- Upload only files you own or have the legal right to share (brand assets, photos, documents, design files).
- Do not upload executable files (.exe, .bat, .sh) or server-side scripts (.php, .asp) unless specifically requested by our development team.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions at our discretion:
- Issue a written warning detailing the violation and required corrective action.
- Temporarily suspend your access to the Client Portal while we investigate.
- Permanently revoke access to our digital properties.
- Report the activity to law enforcement if it constitutes a criminal offense.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP—including compromised accounts or unauthorized uploads—please report it immediately to security@tendodigital.com. Reports can be submitted anonymously.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued access to our digital properties after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
